Sekoya Grande
Sekoya Grande is a Sekoya Club variety that is a part of High-Chill Sekoya varieties in the mid-season collection. 80% of blueberries are 18mm size at least and Sekoya blueberries have superior shelf-life 2-3 months compared to conventional varieties.
Sekoya Crunch
Sekoya Crunch - we planted Sekoya crunch in pots as it is a bit harder to grow than Sekoya Grande but has superior taste and is harvested during the early season right after Duke.
Sekoya Fiesta
Fiesta blueberries are a late season, fast growing, upright bush and has performed well in Oregon and Western Washington. Harvest begins 7-10 days before Elliott. Fiesta blueberries are slightly flat, sky-blue in color, and have a balanced appealing flavor. High temperatures during harvest of the Liberty blueberry can result in soft fruit. Berries detach extremely easily making proper operation of mechanical harvesters important.
Suziblue
Suziblue is an early ripening, low-mid chill variety from the University of Georgia. It is noted for its high yields (slightly higher than Star), easy picking, and uniform appearance. The variety is licensed and protected by Fall Creek. We grow Suziblue in substrate and covered tunnels to get the earliest production. The fruit is firm, with mild flavor and medium to large size. Suziblue Picking Season: Mid May - Early June
Miss Alice Mae
Miss Alice Mae™ ‘TH-921’ blueberries are a new release from the University of Georgia. It ripens early mid-season (with Star in California) and flowers later than Star. A workhorse variety, the Miss Alice Mae™ ‘TH-921’ blueberry is known for high yields and ease of growing which are the main advantages of this variety. The fruit is a lighter blue than Star, but overall the fruit quality of Miss Alice Mae™ ‘TH-921’ blueberries is average.
Blue Ribbon
Exclusive to Fall Creek® Genetics™, Blue Ribbon blueberries are an early- to mid-season selection released primarily for the high quality, hand harvest, fresh market. Its most notable attributes are high yields of firm, flavorful large berries and good post-harvest shelf life. We recommend the Blue Ribbon blueberry for commercial plantings in Mid Chill regions and High Chill climates with milder winters. In addition, early indications, Blue Ribbon blueberries may be highly adaptable to evergreen management in Low Chill environments.
